King Julien is a series of animated cartoons of Dreamtoons produced and released by DreamWorks Pictures from 1960 to 1970. The series follows a party animal lemur named King Julien and his two servants/friends Maurice and Mort in misadventures in the big city. It was created by Tex Avery.
