All Dogs Go to Heaven is an American media franchise owned by DreamWorks Pictures. It consists of two films; All Dogs Go to Heaven and All Dogs Go to Heaven 2; a television series, All Dogs Go to Heaven: The Series; and a series of five television specials.

Premise[]
The series follows Charles "Charlie" B. Barkin, a German shepherd who after he got murdered by his former casino companion Carface Caruthers, became into an angel from dogs' Heaven. Along with his friends, a timid, anxious yet loyal dachshund named Itchy Itchiford and a kind-hearted and sweet human little girl named Anne-Marie, Charlie often volunteers as a guardian angel as he embarks on incredible adventures on Earth to accomplish various situations while outsmarting Carface and his henchmen.

Today, along with 1995's The Pebble and the Penguin, MGM licenses the UK and USA home media rights to the All Dogs Go to Heaven franchise (the two films, the television series and the five television specials), under license from its current owner and copyright holder NBCUniversal, which currently owns DreamWorks Pictures.
